Join Hannah Guy as she guides you through practices to explore what it feels like to move with freedom and ease. We discover reconnection with the wisdom of our body through fluidity, breath and gravity. Guided gently back home to being in your body.
We will gently explore presence with curiosity and kindness, through our posture, breath and moving meditation. This practice is made of gentle, slow, restorative mindful movement. Helping to reduce stress, find clarity, nurture calm and become more present to life as it unfolds.
Discover what it feels like to be present on your wedding day as you create space and prioritise your wellbeing as a couple on your special day. Join with a small group of friends and guests to gather and settle into your bodies with like-minded souls.
Yoga sessions can be enjoyed in the stretch tent on the Fort roof terrace, or outside on the lawn or beach to allow connection with nature, the sea and the seasons in stunning surroundings, as you move, breathe and relax, finding ease in your body and mind.
