Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
Experience the coastline from the water with a gentle, uplifting SUP session led by Sarah Walker of i-supRame. Launching directly from Polhawn Cove when conditions allow, SUP offers a calm, mindful way to explore the sea and take in the Fort's beautiful surroundings. Sessions can be tailored for beginners or confident paddlers, with supportive guidance throughout. In settled conditions, guests can enjoy relaxed paddles close to the shoreline; when surf picks up, a sheltered alternative at nearby Cawsand is used to keep the experience safe & enjoyable. SUP is a lovely way to unwind during a stay - whether for a peaceful moment on the water or for a fun shared activity with friends. All equipment is provided, and sessions can be arranged directly with Sarah.
