The Fort has a very well-equipped commercial kitchen complete with two huge cookers with a total of twelve large gas rings, two commercial sized gas ovens, a large plate-warmer, a high-speed commercial dishwasher, a cafe-style water-boiler, an icemaker and two large fridges. We also supply a full complement of quality crockery, cutlery and glasses for 120 people.
